Pre-Orders
As a result of increased demand, occasionally a selection of popular items may be set to “Pre-Order” on our website.
This essentially means that you are purchasing the goods now, but it won’t be shipped until the goods arrive here from our overseas suppliers. All products are labelled with an “Estimated” Date of arrival (ETA) to give you a guide as to when we hope to ship your order. The advantage of Pre-ordering your goods is to ensure you can receive them… as it is common for many products to be all pre-sold before they even arrive here into our warehouse.
We continue to monitor the situation daily and adjust the ETA’s on the website as required.
Please be aware there is absolutely no obligation to keep your pre-order should we experience delays, should you simply find a suitable product elsewhere or even just change your mind. All you need to do is email us your Order Number and we will process the refund immediately.
To help you receive your pre-order as soon as possible, we will be shipping all Pre-Orders via Courier or Express post to ensure you get your goods as soon as possible.
