This is the 4th 7M telescopic pole (multipurpose) I have purchased from Haverford.
The previous 3 poles are still going strong (3 have been up permanently for a few+ years now), and have handled up to 80Km/h winds with no issues. This fourth one is for portable mast use and due to its light weight it is perfect for this as well. As usual quick delivery and response from Haverford.

I use telescopic poles to remove fishing line and hooks entangled in overhead branches on rivers and creeks and lakes. It prevents birds and other wildlife becoming entangled and needing rescue. They are a simple way to be responsible in the environment and in regard to animal welfare. The whipping action of the pole with an S-hook attached always removes the line and rig. Safe!

I have installed the Diamond Mesh Bird Netting over a gum tree that was totally stripped of leaves by possums. I have had it on for a month now, and the leaves are growing back!
