2026 FOOTBALL GIVEAWAY
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Effective date: June 2026
1. Promoter
This promotion ("Promotion") is conducted by Haverford, Sydney, Australia (haverford.com.au) ("Promoter"). The Promoter is solely responsible for the administration of this Promotion.
2. No Association with the Tournament
This Promotion is an independent marketing activity run by Haverford. Haverford has no affiliation, association, authorisation, endorsement, or sponsorship arrangement of any kind with the official 2026 football tournament, its organisers, governing bodies, host nations, or any participating national football federations. Haverford is not a partner, sponsor, official supplier, or affiliate of the tournament in any capacity. The Promotion simply invites participants to predict the tournament winner as part of a free prize draw.
3. Promotion Period
Entries open from the date of publication and close at 5:00pm AEST on Friday, 27 June 2026 ("Closing Date"). Entries received after the Closing Date will not be accepted. The Promoter reserves the right to extend or amend the Promotion Period with reasonable notice.
4. Eligibility
The Promotion is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over only. The following persons are ineligible to enter:
• Employees of the Promoter and its related entities, subsidiaries, and associated companies.
• Immediate family members (spouse, de facto partner, parent, child, or sibling) of the above.
5. How to Enter
To enter the Promotion, participants must, during the Promotion Period:
• Visit the Promotion entry page at http://giveaway.haverford.com.au/
• Select one (1) country they believe will win the 2026 Football Tournament; and
• Submit a valid email address.
One (1) entry per person. Multiple entries from the same person, or email address will be disqualified. No purchase is necessary to enter.
6. Draw Mechanic
Following the conclusion of the 2026 Football final:
• A pool will be formed comprising all eligible entrants who selected the country that wins the 2026 tournament.
• One (1) winner will be selected at random from this pool.
• In the event that no eligible entrants selected the winning country, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a random draw from all eligible entrants.
7. Prize
One (1) prize is available, comprising:
• One (1) Haverford Soccer Rebounder
• One (1) Haverford Small Portable Soccer Goal
Total prize value: $333 AUD RRP. The prize is not transferable, not exchangeable for another product, and cannot be redeemed for cash. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in prize value.
8. Winner Announcement
The draw will take place on or around Tuesday, 22 July 2026. The winner will be announced via the Promoter's website and/or social media channels on or around that date.
The winner will be notified directly by email using the address provided at entry. If the winner cannot be contacted, does not respond, or is found to be ineligible within 90 days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to select a new winner in accordance with the draw mechanic described in Section 6.
9. Prize Delivery
The prize will be shipped to an Australian delivery address nominated by the winner. Shipping costs are included. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for prizes lost, damaged, or delayed in transit.
10. Privacy & Communications
Personal information collected via this Promotion will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Promotion, contacting the winner, and (with consent) sending marketing communications from Haverford.
By entering, participants consent to receive email communications from Haverford. Participants may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email.
All personal information will be handled in accordance with Haverford's Privacy Policy, available at haverford.com.au/privacy and in compliance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
11. General Conditions
• The Promoter's decision in relation to all aspects of this Promotion is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
• The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility and validity of all entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, provides false or misleading information, or otherwise acts in breach of these Terms and Conditions.
• The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Promotion in the event of circumstances outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to technical failures, fraud, or unforeseen events.
• The Promoter is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any computer network, server, software, or internet connection.
• These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
